Commercial Construction Project Coordinator/Administrator Duties:
The Project Coordinator/Admin prepares and administers bids, proposals, and commercial construction contacts that follow company policies and legal requirements. This role ensures contracts are administered and monitored to maintain compliance with the terms of agreements and compliance. This role handles completing, compiling, reviewing, and assuring accuracy of contracts. Also collecting new vendor documentation for project set up.
