What You’ll Do

As a Project Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting project execution from preconstruction through final turnover. You’ll work closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to keep schedules tight, documentation accurate, and communication strong.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Tracking and managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Supporting procurement, materials, and equipment coordination
  • Assisting with project schedules, cost tracking, and quality control
  • Participating in project start-up and closeout activities
  • Reviewing drawings and specs for constructability and value engineering
  • Maintaining organized documentation and job site reporting
  • Ensuring clear and effective communication among all stakeholders

What You Bring

  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
  • At least 1 year of experience in commercial construction; preconstruction or estimating experience is a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
