We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Legal Assistant with 3–10 years of experience to support our dynamic litigation team in Naples, Florida. This position plays a critical role in high-level matters involving complex business litigation, construction law and litigation, commercial and civil litigation, and estate and trust litigation.

πŸ” Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys handling complex litigation

  • Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings

  • File court documents and assist in trial preparation

  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files using iManage

  • Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, and client communications

  • Track billable hours and process expenses using Chrome River

  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Intapp, and other firm software

βœ… Qualifications:

  • 3–10 years of litigation legal assistant experience in a mid-to-large law firm

  • Proficient in legal secretarial and administrative functions

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • Professional communication skills – written, oral, and interpersonal

  • High level of discretion and respect for confidentiality

  • Ability to work independently with some supervision and handle occasional overtime

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Notary Public designation is a plus
