We're representing a nationally awarded civil engineering firm with a culture-first mission — hiring a Transportation Civil Engineer to lead roadway and infrastructure projects across southwest Ohio.

Key Responsibilities
Lead plan production for ODOT/local roadway & infrastructure projects
Coordinate with municipal clients, contractors, and consultants
Develop technical proposals, cost estimates, and schedules
Guide junior engineers and contribute to team mentorship
Work closely with senior leadership on public-sector design work
Must-Have Qualifications
B.S. in Civil Engineering
PE license or on PE track
1–15 years of experience in roadway, utilities, or traffic design
Civil 3D proficiency
Strong communication and internal ownership mindset
