gpac (The #1 Recruiting Firm in the Nation) is partnering with a prominent law firm in Pittsburgh to identify a skilled Litigation Paralegal to support its team of trial attorneys. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes litigation and wants to be deeply involved throughout the life cycle of each case.

About the Role
This position offers the chance to work on complex civil matters from pre-suit through trial and appeal. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of managing high volumes of information while supporting trial preparation, discovery, filings, and appeals.

What You’ll Do

  • Support attorneys in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial
  • Coordinate and manage document production and review
  • Prepare exhibits, trial binders, and materials for court hearings
  • Assist in witness preparation and coordinate scheduling for depositions and hearings
  • File legal documents with state and federal courts
  • Monitor litigation calendars and track key deadlines
  • Provide support for post-trial and appellate matters

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Paralegal certificate (ABA-approved program preferred)
  • 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm setting
  • Trial experience a plus
  • Strong legal writing, research, and proofreading skills
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
  • Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Details

  • Full-time, in-office role – 5 days/week
  • Salary range: $60,000 – $80,000, depending on experience
