What We're Looking For:

I'm seeking a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) with a current and unrestricted Vermont dental license. While experienced dentists are highly encouraged to apply, motivated new graduates with strong clinical skills and a desire to learn will also be considered.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have exceptional clinical skills across a broad range of general dentistry procedures (restorations, root canals, extractions, preventive care, etc.).
• Possess a compassionate and patient-focused approach, building trust and rapport with ease.
• Be a strong communicator, able to explain treatment plans clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuing education and staying current with dental advancements.
• Be a team player, ready to collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff.

Your Role Will Involve:

As a General Dentist with this practice, you'll be responsible for:

• Performing comprehensive exams, accurate diagnoses, and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Delivering a full scope of general dental procedures.
• Educating patients on optimal oral health practices.
• Maintaining meticulous patient records and adhering to all professional standards.
• Contributing to a positive and efficient clinic atmosphere.
