Responsibilities:

• Provide a full range of general dental services, including but not limited to:
• Comprehensive examinations and diagnoses
• Restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays)
• Prosthodontics (dentures, partials)
• Endodontics (root canal therapy)
• Oral surgery (extractions)
• Periodontal treatments
• Preventative care and patient education
• Cosmetic dentistry (whitening, veneers)
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Adhere to all HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff.
• Participate in continuing education to stay abreast of the latest dental techniques and technologies.
• Provide exceptional patient care with a strong emphasis on patient comfort and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
• Active and unrestricted Maryland dental license.
• Current DEA registration.
• CPR certification.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of post-graduate experience preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality dentistry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with dental software and digital imaging.
