The Senior Business Development Manager will lead strategic growth and high-level partnerships across our core logistics services. This role is ideal for a visionary executive with the influence, experience, and drive to make a lasting impact.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth initiatives across drayage, warehousing, transloading, and trucking
  • Forge partnerships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, and freight forwarders
  • Identify new verticals and market segments to drive service innovation
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership to align business strategy with capabilities
  • Lead large-scale negotiations and represent the company at trade summits and logistics forums
  • Mentor and support sales staff, contributing to team performance and development

  • Annual Revenue Target: Drive $5–10M in new business across service lines
  • Quarterly Growth: Sustain client acquisition and account expansion each quarter

SALARY:  $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 PLUS COMMISSIONS AND BENEFITS
