We’re hiring a Maintenance Manager Trainee to support general maintenance operations across multiple ag locations. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing, well-established agricultural business that values hard work and internal promotion.
What You’ll Do:
Assist with upkeep and repairs of facilities, equipment, and grounds
Support multiple sites with day-to-day maintenance needs
Perform preventative maintenance on various ag-related systems
Troubleshoot mechanical, plumbing, and electrical issues
Learn and grow under the guidance of experienced site managers
What We’re Looking For:
Mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic
Previous maintenance or general labor experience preferred
Ability to travel between sites as needed
Willingness to learn and take direction
Reliable and safety-conscious
What We Offer:
$22–$27/hour starting pay (based on experience)
