Performance Expectations for the Senior Tax Manager:

• Lead tax engagements, including reviewing and signing returns across various client types
• Maintain strong, professional client relationships and take ownership of communication and project delivery
• Mentor and guide team members while contributing to the firm’s continued growth and client satisfaction
• Participate in firm initiatives and help drive forward new business opportunities

Experience/Qualifications for the Senior Tax Manager:

• CPA certification required
• 15+ years of public accounting experience, with 8-10 years at the Manager level
• Strong experience in both reviewing and building tax processes
• Comfortable in a client-facing role with a proactive and communicative approach
• Familiarity with ProSystems Fx and UltraTax is preferred
• Must have strong multi-tasking skills
• Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Represent the firm with integrity at all times
