This firm is known for its deep bench of litigation talent and handles a wide spectrum of civil matters—personal injury defense, premises liability, product liability, and first-party insurance disputes. As an insurance defense litigation attorney, you'll handle a challenging caseload while collaborating with seasoned attorneys in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Defend clients in civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance and personal injury matters

Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery

Manage all phases of litigation from investigation through trial

Conduct depositions, appear in court, and negotiate settlements

Communicate effectively with clients and insurance carriers
Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant experience as an insurance defense litigation attorney
-
Trial experience preferred but not required
-
Active Texas Bar license in good standing

Strong written and oral advocacy skills
-
Ability to independently manage 35–40 active cases
