We are looking for an enthusiastic and respected team leader to join our practice.  This individual will be responsible for location business operations.  As a “people first” organization, the Practice Administrator or Practice Manager will become the champion of their team. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Uses their unique ability to lead, use creative thinking and analytical skills to develop and improve practice performance and solves operational challenges.
  • Works together with the team to build and develop outstanding customer service.
  • Establishes clear objectives for staff, communicates expectations and sets high standards for performance.
  • Works closely with Physician and Practice owner to achieve practice goals.
  • Learns quickly and can adapt to practice policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must have 2-3 years background as office manager, practice manager or leadership role - specialty practice, Dermatology or Plastic Surgery preferred.
  • CPTM Certification preferred, but not required – Company will pay for certification.
