Qualifications for Assistant Project Manager (APM):
5+ years as a Project Engineer or Assistant Superintendent
Proven track record successfully completing light-industrial projects is required Warehouse, Manufacturing, Cold-storage is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent field is a plus
Responsibilities for Assistant Project Manager (APM):
Implements, maintains, and enforces safety procedures
Understands project plans and specification and conducts job site operations in compliance with contract
Conducts required meetings and produces necessary documents
Development and maintain positive relationships with clients, sub-contractors, agencies and employees
