I'm working with a growing third-party logistics provider that's looking to add a National Account Manager focused on cold chain LTL freight. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships, and knows how to close.

πŸ”Ή What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for national customers with temperature-controlled freight needs

  • Prospect and win new business through cold calling, referrals, and strategic outreach

  • Prepare, negotiate, and close freight quotes for temp-sensitive LTL lanes

  • Manage the full customer lifecycle — from first contact to delivery and ongoing service

  • Work closely with operations to ensure accurate quoting, carrier coordination, and smooth execution

  • Stay informed on market trends, with a focus on the cold chain segment

  • Travel 10–15% to maintain and grow key client relationships

βœ… What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years in 3PL or asset-based freight sales/operations

  • Experience with temperature-controlled LTL is strongly preferred

  • A book of business is a big plus

  • Proven success managing a portfolio of $2MM+

  • Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, OneNote)

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
