Position Highlights:

As a Superintendent, you will lead the onsite execution of multifamily and mixed-use projects, acting as the primary field leader ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards are met. You'll play a critical role in maintaining strong subcontractor relationships and delivering projects that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all onsite construction activities from mobilization through final turnover.

  • Direct and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and field personnel.

  • Maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and manage daily field reports.

  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA compliance, and site cleanliness.

  • Proactively resolve field coordination issues, RFIs, and project logistics.

  • Facilitate daily huddles and weekly subcontractor meetings.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing multifamily, mixed-use, or light commercial projects.

  • Proven track record leading projects in the $5M–$30M+ range.

  • Hands-on knowledge of wood-frame, podium, and structural systems.

  • Strong leadership presence with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.

  • Skilled in site logistics, subcontractor management, and project sequencing.
