Position Highlights:
As a Superintendent, you will lead the onsite execution of multifamily and mixed-use projects, acting as the primary field leader ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards are met. You'll play a critical role in maintaining strong subcontractor relationships and delivering projects that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all onsite construction activities from mobilization through final turnover.
Direct and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and field personnel.
Maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and manage daily field reports.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, OSHA compliance, and site cleanliness.
Proactively resolve field coordination issues, RFIs, and project logistics.
Facilitate daily huddles and weekly subcontractor meetings.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing multifamily, mixed-use, or light commercial projects.
Proven track record leading projects in the $5M–$30M+ range.
Hands-on knowledge of wood-frame, podium, and structural systems.
Strong leadership presence with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
Skilled in site logistics, subcontractor management, and project sequencing.
