I am currently recruiting for a Family Law Associate to join a highly respected, Texas-based family law firm in its Austin office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly licensed or early-career attorney to launch their practice in a collaborative environment dedicated exclusively to family law.
This Family Law Associate role is ideal for someone with 0–2 years of Texas family law experience. Whether you’re sitting for the bar or recently licensed, this position provides hands-on exposure to courtroom work, case management, and client strategy—alongside meaningful mentorship and training.
As a Family Law Associate, you will work closely with an experienced team of attorneys who are passionate about helping clients through life-changing legal matters. You should have a working knowledge of the Texas Family Code, strong communication skills, and the initiative to begin managing your own docket with the appropriate level of support.
