πŸ“‚ Manage your own files with autonomy and guidance from senior counsel πŸ” Analyze claims, craft strategy, and execute on defense plans πŸ“ Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery βš–οΈ Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, negotiate settlements πŸ›οΈ Assist with—and even lead—trials 🀝 Collaborate with clients and colleagues across multiple offices

🎯 What We’re Looking For

βœ”οΈ Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar (required) βœ”οΈ 3+ years of civil litigation experience βœ”οΈ Prior defense litigation experience strongly preferred βœ”οΈ Strong written and verbal advocacy skills βœ”οΈ Motivated, organized, and team-oriented βœ”οΈ A long-term mindset and desire to grow within the firm
