A highly respected national law firm is expanding its Workers' Compensation team in Atlanta and is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to take on a hands-on role in managing a diverse caseload. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated litigator to build expertise in a well-supported environment with growth potential.
β¨ What You’ll Do
π Take ownership of your own workers' compensation defense caseload π Conduct and respond to discovery, including depositions and witness interviews π Draft and argue motions, manage written discovery, and prepare cases for hearing ποΈ Gain exposure to trials and direct litigation strategy π€ Work closely with clients and legal teams across multiple offices
π― What We’re Looking For
βοΈ Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia βοΈ 2+ years of workers’ compensation or defense litigation experience βοΈ Skilled in discovery, motion practice, and depositions βοΈ Trial experience a plus, but not required βοΈ Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic βοΈ Excellent legal writing, analytical, and research abilities βοΈ Detail-focused and self-motivated
