β¨ What You’ll Do
πΌ Handle transportation-related litigation matters from start to finish π Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and prepare for hearings and trials βοΈ Manage your caseload independently (with partner oversight) π§ Conduct in-depth legal research on complex procedural and substantive issues π€ Interact professionally with clients and opposing counsel π Build and maintain client relationships; support business development π§© Collaborate with peer attorneys and support staff as part of a team
π― What We’re Looking For
βοΈ Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania (required) βοΈ 3–5 years of litigation experience βοΈ Interest or background in transportation law strongly preferred βοΈ Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills βοΈ Professional, self-directed, and detail-oriented βοΈ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Westlaw, and/or LexisNexis
π° Compensation & Bonus
π΅ Base Salary: $85,000–$100,000 πΊ Candidates with 5+ years solid experience may qualify for up to $130,000 π― Eligible for up to $8,000 in annual bonuses
$2,000 per quarter for every 400 billed hours
Full bonus earned at 1600 billed hours/year
