✨ What You’ll Do
💼 Handle transportation-related litigation matters from start to finish 📝 Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and prepare for hearings and trials ⚖️ Manage your caseload independently (with partner oversight) 🧠 Conduct in-depth legal research on complex procedural and substantive issues 🤝 Interact professionally with clients and opposing counsel 🌐 Build and maintain client relationships; support business development 🧩 Collaborate with peer attorneys and support staff as part of a team
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✔️ Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania (required) ✔️ 3–5 years of litigation experience ✔️ Interest or background in transportation law strongly preferred ✔️ Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills ✔️ Professional, self-directed, and detail-oriented ✔️ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Westlaw, and/or LexisNexis
💰 Compensation & Bonus
💵 Base Salary: $85,000–$100,000 🔺 Candidates with 5+ years solid experience may qualify for up to $130,000 🎯 Eligible for up to $8,000 in annual bonuses
$2,000 per quarter for every 400 billed hours
Full bonus earned at 1600 billed hours/year
