πΌ Be a key player in high-stakes business and commercial litigation π Draft motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and handle hearings βοΈ Lead case management from start to finish (with partner guidance) π§ Conduct complex legal research and dig into the details that matter π€ Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel professionally π Get involved in client development and grow your network π§© Be part of a smart, driven team that supports your success
π― What We’re Looking For
βοΈ Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania (required) βοΈ 3–7 years of experience in general/commercial litigation at a private firm βοΈ Strong writing, research, and negotiation skills βοΈ Confident in court and comfortable running a case βοΈ Proficient with Microsoft Office, Westlaw, and/or LexisNexis βοΈ A professional who thrives independently and on a team
π° What You’ll Earn
π΅ Competitive salary based on experience π― Eligible for up to $8,000 in annual bonuses
$2,000 earned for every 400 hours billed
Full bonus at 1600 hours/year
