Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for all aspects of family law litigation, including client communication, drafting of pleadings, discovery, motion practice, hearings, trials, and mediation.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents related to family law cases.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediation sessions, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and experts to build strong cases and advocate for clients' interests.
• Manage caseload and meet deadlines while ensuring the highest level of professionalism and integrity. 

Requirements and Skills:

• Ideal candidates have 4+ years of experience with family law litigation in WA
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the Washington State Bar
• An attorney who is self-motivated, organized, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Employs analytical thinking.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work effectively under pressure.
