Job Title: Commercial Lines Account Manager

What You’ll Do:
Manage a book of commercial accounts with professionalism and accuracy
Handle renewals, endorsements, and policy changes in a timely manner
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and carriers
Partner with producers and the service team to ensure client satisfaction
Assist with claims reporting and coverage questions
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in commercial lines account management (preferred)
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
Active insurance license (Property & Casualty) required
