We’re looking for a Kitchen & Bath Designer who thrives in a client-facing role, combining design expertise, sales drive, and project coordination skills.
This isn’t a typical showroom-only role. You’ll work hands-on with homeowners and builders, guiding product selections, managing timelines, and ensuring smooth installations. You’ll be in charge from initial consultation to final walkthrough.
What You’ll Do:
✔️ Meet with clients & builders—guide product selections & design layouts ✔️ Prospect for new projects and visit job sites ✔️ Prepare bids, proposals, and manage orders ✔️ Coordinate project schedules, material deliveries & subcontractors ✔️ Be the main point of contact throughout the entire project lifecycle
What You Bring:
🔹 3-7 years of experience in Kitchen & Bath design or project coordination 🔹 Strong sales instincts and a customer-first mindset 🔹 Proficiency with 2020 Design (or similar software) 🔹 Ability to read blueprints, measure on-site, and manage project flow 🔹 Excellent organization and follow-up skills
