About the Role:
A well-established plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Paralegal to support a single attorney in complex personal injury and toxic tort matters. This full-time, in-office position is ideal for a proactive professional who can hit the ground running and is passionate about helping clients navigate serious legal challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct paralegal support to one litigation attorney

  • Draft and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, and subpoenas

  • Manage case files, legal correspondence, and client records

  • Schedule and coordinate depositions, meetings, and court appearances

  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries

  • Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and coordinating witnesses

  • Communicate professionally with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

  • Track case timelines and ensure compliance with deadlines

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of litigation paralegal experience (personal injury or toxic tort preferred)

  • Strong understanding of litigation procedures and court rules

  • Ability to manage a busy caseload independently

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills

  • Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office

  • Paralegal certificate or degree preferred
