Are you ready to grow your insurance career and make a real impact? We’re looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager who cares about helping clients protect what matters most.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage a book of personal lines insurance clients with top-notch service

  • Review client needs, recommend the right coverage, and prepare quotes

  • Guide clients through claims to ensure everything runs smoothly

  • Keep up with industry trends and insurance products

  • Build strong, lasting relationships through clear and regular communication

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in personal lines insurance

  • Property & Casualty license

  • Great communication skills and attention to detail

  • A customer-first attitude and teamwork mindset

  • Ability to work both independently and with a team

Bonus points if you have:

  • A degree in Business, Finance, or similar

  • Experience with insurance software or CRM systems

  • Interest in earning professional designations like CISR or CIC
