What you’ll do:
Manage a book of personal lines insurance clients with top-notch service
Review client needs, recommend the right coverage, and prepare quotes
Guide clients through claims to ensure everything runs smoothly
Keep up with industry trends and insurance products
Build strong, lasting relationships through clear and regular communication
What we’re looking for:
At least 2 years’ experience in personal lines insurance
Property & Casualty license
Great communication skills and attention to detail
A customer-first attitude and teamwork mindset
Ability to work both independently and with a team
Bonus points if you have:
A degree in Business, Finance, or similar
Experience with insurance software or CRM systems
Interest in earning professional designations like CISR or CIC
