Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload in insurance defense, including general liability, premises liability, auto claims, and related litigation matters.
Oversee all stages of litigation: discovery, motion practice, depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation.
Work closely with clients and firm partners to craft effective defense strategies, ensure adherence to client guidelines, and deliver exceptional representation.
Maintain consistent, proactive communication with clients regarding case status and strategy updates.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in Delaware area.
Prior experience in insurance defense or related litigation is highly preferred.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
