Highlight

  • 5+ years of construction or construction materials manufacturing Contract Administration experience
  • degree is not required - experience preferred
  • Ideal if candidate has Paralegal experience prior (or similar)
  • Well organized individual
  • Must be competent with the computer
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, MS Word and Outlook
  • Assist in contract review / negotiations.  Understanding the scope / contract requirements and the intended deliverables.
  • Establish sequencing / schedules / milestones – communicating such to company / client teams.
  • Develop / maintain / improve client relationships.
