CNC Swiss Machinist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Swiss Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team. This role involves operating and maintaining CNC Swiss machines in a clean, climate-controlled facility with excellent employee amenities. Experience with Star machines is a plus but not required, and plenty of overtime is available for those interested (not mandatory).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor CNC Swiss machines in a team-based environment.

  • Perform hourly quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools.

  • Read and interpret blueprints and basic geometric tolerancing (training provided as needed).

  • Complete routine machine maintenance and make necessary tooling adjustments.

  • Communicate job status and quality updates with team members and leadership.

  • Follow all safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of CNC machining experience (Swiss machining preferred).

  • Ability to read blueprints and perform precision inspections.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Team-oriented mindset with reliable work ethic.

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and remain on feet throughout the shift.
