CNC Swiss Machinist
We are seeking a skilled CNC Swiss Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team. This role involves operating and maintaining CNC Swiss machines in a clean, climate-controlled facility with excellent employee amenities. Experience with Star machines is a plus but not required, and plenty of overtime is available for those interested (not mandatory).
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor CNC Swiss machines in a team-based environment.
Perform hourly quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools.
Read and interpret blueprints and basic geometric tolerancing (training provided as needed).
Complete routine machine maintenance and make necessary tooling adjustments.
Communicate job status and quality updates with team members and leadership.
Follow all safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
2+ years of CNC machining experience (Swiss machining preferred).
Ability to read blueprints and perform precision inspections.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Team-oriented mindset with reliable work ethic.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and remain on feet throughout the shift.
