Hunt down new opportunities through smart outreach, referrals, and creative prospecting.
Own the sales cycle — from first conversation → quote → negotiation → close → smooth onboarding.
Collaborate with sharp ops teams to deliver a flawless customer experience.
Stay on top of market trends and turn insights into deals.
What You Bring
3+ years in freight/logistics driving sales.
Cold chain / temp-controlled freight experience (you know the space).
A track record of generating $3M+ in revenue (and hungry for more).
Negotiation and relationship skills that turn contacts into loyal customers.
CRM savvy, strong with Microsoft Office (Excel skills = bonus points).
A current book of business with no non-compete? That’s gold.
