Position Overview We are seeking a CNC Lathe Machinist with an aerospace background. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with specialty metals, setting up machines, and thriving in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and (ideally) program CNC lathes

  • Work with Titanium, Inconel, and other aerospace-grade metals

  • Produce precision parts in a fast-paced environment with overtime opportunities

  • Collaborate with programmers and machinists to ensure efficiency and accuracy

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area

Machines Used Okuma machines

Qualifications

  • Aerospace machining background required

  • CNC lathe set-up experience (programming a plus)

  • Skilled with tight tolerances and specialty metals

  • Must thrive in a fast-paced shop environment

  • Medical or high-volume production backgrounds not a fit

Compensation & Benefits

  • $45,000 – $75,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
