What You'll Do

As an Ag Equipment Sales Professional, you'll be the face of the company in your three-county territory. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, becoming their go-to contact for all their equipment needs. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Growing the business by promoting and selling new, used, and rental ag equipment from industry-leading brands.
  • Becoming a trusted advisor by understanding customer operations and providing valuable solutions that help them thrive.
  • Delivering world-class service through consistent follow-up and by connecting customers with the parts and service teams.
  • Conducting on-site demonstrations and appraising equipment trade-ins.
  • Growing professionally by participating in ongoing training and certifications.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous sales experience is a plus, and knowledge of agriculture or Ag equipment is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Motivation: Must be self-motivated with strong personal accountability and a desire to grow.
  • Technical Skills: Must have a clean driving record.
  • Availability: Ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed.
