Manufacturing Engineer

Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Develop engineering SOPs using best practices in manufacturing engineering.
  • Participate in concurrent evaluation and quality assurance design reviews.
  • Evaluate and approve drawings, routings, specifications, and other technical documents.
  • Design and procure tools and equipment.
  • Identify, evaluate, and resolve production issues.
  • Lead training sessions for assemblers to improve and implement new processes.
  • Prepare and manufacture prototypes using principles of concurrent engineering.

Qualifications for the Manufacturing Engineer Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and prevention skills.
  • Experience with MRP systems is preferred.
  • Background in metal fabrication, welding, and topcoat applications is a plus.
