I amm actively seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join the team of one of my top clients. This position offers flexibility, with the option to work part-time or full-time, depending on your availability and career goals.
Responsibilities:
Advise insurers and policyholders on coverage matters across a variety of lines, including general liability, professional liability, and property.
Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and declination letters.
Handle insurance coverage litigation, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
Collaborate with colleagues and clients to deliver strategic and practical solutions.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Licensed and in good standing with the state bar (specify state(s) here).
2+ years of experience in insurance coverage counseling and/or litigation.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage a caseload independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
