Gpac, a 30+ year-old recruitment company, is partnered with a well-established company in the Mechanical industry. We’re seeking an experienced Preconstruction Project Manager to lead early project phases, drive accurate budgets, and ensure smooth handoffs to operations teams.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee preconstruction planning for mechanical projects
Manage budgets, schedules, and cost estimates before project launch
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and design teams to define project scope
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
Lead coordination from estimating through project turnover

What We Need:
Proven experience in preconstruction project management (mechanical preferred)
Strong estimating, scheduling, and budgeting skills
