  • Hunt & capture new opportunities through smart prospecting, referrals, and creative outreach.

  • Own the sales cycle from first call → quote → negotiation → close → seamless onboarding.

  • Work hand-in-hand with top-tier ops teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

  • Stay sharp on market trends and turn insights into revenue.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of freight/logistics sales experience (you know the hustle).

  • Cold chain expertise — LTL, TL, reefer, temp-controlled freight.

  • Proven book of business ($3M+ in revenue generation a plus).

  • Relationship-building skills that turn first-time customers into repeat clients.

  • Tech-savvy mindset — CRM skills, Microsoft Office, bonus if you’re Excel-fluent.
