Commercial Lines Account Manager
Location: Dallas-Forth, TX Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Industry: Insurance
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and licensed Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager with strong marketing experience and a passion for client service.
If you're self-driven, know how to manage your book, and prefer a no micromanagement culture, this is the job for you. This is an IN OFFICE position
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a Middle Market book of clients with professionalism and accuracy
Handle all aspects of account servicing including renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes
Identify opportunities to expand accounts by cross-selling additional lines or coverage to existing customers.
Serve as a point of contact for client questions, policy reviews, and claims support
Contact carriers to get new appointments.
Train and mentor new employees, fostering their professional development and integration into the team.
Requirements:
Active Texas P&C Licsense
10+ years of experience in commercial lines account management
Experience in marketing commercial accounts
Proficiency in AMS360
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and independently
