About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial HVAC systems (rooftops, chillers, boilers, VRF, etc.).
Diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues to ensure efficient operation.
Reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to perform accurate work.
Collaborating with supervisors, project managers, and fellow technicians.
Adhering to safety codes, EPA regulations, and company standards.
Delivering excellent customer service to commercial clients.
This role is hands-on and critical to keeping facilities running smoothly and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a commercial HVAC technician
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting
EPA Certification required (Type II or Universal preferred)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
