This is a hands-on role where you’ll work directly with clients, engineers, and interior designers to bring projects from concept through completion in a REVIT-only studio.

Lead and manage 2–3 projects simultaneously, ensuring schedules and quality standards are met.
Oversee the preparation and completion of construction documents.
Guide projects smoothly through the permitting process.
Collaborate with engineers, interior designers, and clients across all phases.
Partner with the Owner to set priorities and drive project success.
Deliver projects from initial concept to final completion.
Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing projects and teams.
Background in architecture with project management experience.
Actively working toward architectural licensure.
Proficiency in REVIT (required).
Excellent communication, organizational, and client-relations skills.
Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 base, depending on experience.
Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus potential.
