Role Overview

The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage subcontractors, field teams, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all field operations on ground-up commercial projects
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and schedule standards
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and field staff
• Communicate progress, issues, and solutions to project management teams
• Build strong relationships with owners, inspectors, and trade partners

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects from start to finish
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and scheduling software
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
