Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of substantive commercial real estate transactional experience, including:
- Purchases and sales of multifamily apartment communities
- Closing financings and refinancings (agency, bank, CMBS, and private capital)
- Drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements and related documents
- Reviewing and analyzing title reports, surveys, and related diligence materials
- Advising on ownership, financing, and partnership structures
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in New York
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant real estate transactional experience
- Proven ability to manage acquisitions, dispositions, and financing matters from start to finish
- Strong title review, due diligence, and document negotiation skills
- Excellent judgment and client-service orientation, with the ability to work seamlessly with both the firm and the client’s investment professionals

Job Type: Full-time Pay Range: $157,500.00 – $275,000.00 per year
