We are working with a family-oriented, fast-growing commercial construction firm seeking a skilled Senior Estimator to lead and oversee estimating efforts across multiple divisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead estimating efforts across various commercial divisions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Review project plans, specifications, and proposals to determine scope and cost estimates.
- Develop detailed budgets and cost breakdowns for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Oversee bid processes and subcontractor/vendor pricing.
- Collaborate with project managers, executives, and clients on preconstruction planning.
- Mentor junior estimators and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Support the company’s strong growth trajectory with proactive strategies and cost analysis.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple divisions and manage complex bids.
- Strong background in cost analysis, takeoffs, and bid preparation.
- Proficiency in estimating and construction management software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid/remote environment.
