We’re seeking a driven Commercial Lines Producer to join a growing insurance team. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions.
Responsibilities:
Prospect, develop, and close new commercial insurance business
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Assess client needs and recommend customized coverage options
Collaborate with account managers and service teams to ensure client satisfaction
Stay current on industry trends, carriers, and market conditions
Qualifications:
1–2 years of sales or insurance experience preferred
Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
