Trust & Estate Litigation Managing Attorney – San Diego

A well-established trust and estate litigation law firm is seeking an experienced Managing Attorney to lead its San Diego office. This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven litigator to guide clients through complex probate, trust, and estate disputes while mentoring a growing team of attorneys and shaping the future of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage trust and estate litigation cases from inception through resolution.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, expand business development opportunities, and represent clients in court proceedings.
  • Mentor and develop junior attorneys, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to uphold the firm’s values-driven culture and deliver exceptional results for clients.
  • Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and serve as a key leader in the San Diego office.

Qualifications:

  • Member of the California State Bar in good standing.
  • Minimum 3 years of probate and trust litigation experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex litigation matters, mentor junior attorneys, and develop client relationships.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to guide a team in a collaborative, values-driven environment.
