Associate Attorney – Business & Employment Litigation, San Diego, CA

A well-established San Diego law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its Business & Employment Litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3–5 years of experience in employment or business litigation to work on a variety of cases, including individual, class, and PAGA matters, while collaborating in a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle employment and business litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct workplace investigations, draft pleadings and motions, respond to discovery, and represent clients in depositions and other proceedings.
• Maintain extensive communication with clients and opposing counsel, providing guidance and strategic support throughout cases.

Qualifications:

• Admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar. 3–5 years of experience in employment or business litigation, with wage and hour class action/PAGA experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
