Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Liberty Township, OH area
Compensation: $70,000 – $85,000 + company vehicle, MDV, 401k
A manufacturing company in the Cincinnati/Dayton region is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support heavy equipment and facility operations.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in an industrial environment, working hands-on with crane and heavy equipment systems, hydraulics, PLC troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, rebuilds, and mobile worksite repair.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Perform preventative maintenance and equipment rebuilds.
Work with mobile cranes, hoists, and heavy machinery.
Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled systems.
Support daily plant operations, ensuring equipment uptime and safety.
Collaborate with management and provide input on maintenance strategy.
Strong industrial maintenance background — cranes, hydraulics, PLC, and electrical systems.
Experience in preventative maintenance and equipment rebuilds.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Industrial machinery or heavy equipment experience preferred.
Strong troubleshooting ability and willingness to take ownership of work.
Base salary: $70,000 – $85,000
Company vehicle included.
