Due to their continuous growth, a 3-5 years' Associate Attorney in Family Law and Estate Planning is needed for a well-established, AV-rated law firm in Dallas. Seeking the ideal candidate with strong empathy skills and ability to build client relatioships, the attorney in this position will also receive training and mentorship from partners with deep experience in this practice area. They foster a collegial, team-centric environment, maintain an exciting practice and seek employees who bring intelligence, curiosity, enthusiasm and commitment to their high standard of performance and client services. Base compensation range $130K - $150K DOE, plus bonus structure, full benefit suite, 401K. This is a daily in-office role, with full staff support.
