Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Lead projects from concept through construction, ensuring seamless coordination across design, engineering, and consultant teams

  • Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and process systems consultants

  • Perform code analysis and solve technical challenges

  • Manage client interactions and agency approvals to bring visions to life

  • Mentor junior staff and foster team growth

What We’re Looking For

  • 10–20 years of architectural experience across multiple project types

  • Architectural license required

  • Strong in Revit/BIM workflows and capable of running projects independently

  • Technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and process systems

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $100,000 – $131,000 (commensurate with experience)
Hybrid work model – balance time between home and our Sacramento office.
