We are seeking an experienced personal injury attorney to join our team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Represent and counsel clients regarding their legal rights and obligations
  • Thoroughly review, analyze, and evaluate case information
  • Recognize and be accountable for adherence to statute of limitations and notice requirements
  • Zealously negotiate to secure fair, timely, and reasonable settlements or verdicts
  • Provide outstanding client service in a professional and ethical manner
  • Establish and maintain effective, professional working relationships with all staff
  • Follow the firm’s operating procedures and management guidelines
  • Actively practice our core values: Be a champion for others, be innovative, and be accountable

Requirements

  • Admitted to CT Bar in good standing
  • Experience negotiating and settling plaintiff personal injury cases. Trial experience a plus.
  • Professional written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop positive rapport with a diverse group of people
  • Proven capacity to work efficiently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Balance working independently and collaborating with others
  • Proactive results-focused work ethic
