What You’ll Do:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines and equipment
Service, maintain, and repair a wide variety of machines
Set up and perform pre-delivery inspections on new equipment
Complete reports and work orders accurately and on time
Build strong, trust-based relationships with our customers
Work safely and efficiently to keep equipment running at its best
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in diesel engine repairs or technical training in the service mechanic industry
Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and in person
High attention to detail for completing paperwork and service records
Your own set of basic tools
A customer-focused mindset and a drive to succeed
