Position Overview: The Maintenance Superintendent will oversee approximately 16 team members, including 3 supervisors. This individual will lead maintenance operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable performance of plant equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of maintenance personnel and supervisors
Provide leadership in electrical and mechanical maintenance, particularly with coolers and conveyor systems
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs
Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Qualifications:
Proven leadership and management experience in maintenance roles
Strong electrical and general mechanical knowledge
Experience with coolers, conveyor systems, and related equipment
Food processing industry experience preferred, but not required
